To ensure all guests have an enjoyable time while out on their Quad Safari with MyAfrica, we ask
you to please read through the below rules and regulations which provides important
information about what you need to bring with and what is strictly not allowed during
the activity.
Children are welcome as a passenger on the Quad safari, Minimum age is 4 years old. Helmets are supplied and required for all passengers to wear during the safari.
All payments are due 48 hours prior to your drive, MyAfrica will supply you with an
invoice for payment. Please use your invoice number only when making payment
and send proof of payment to bookings@myafrica.co.za
In the event that you are later than 5 min to the activity, the group will depart for the activity. Please understand this is due to other guests being booked for the same activity as well and it is not fair for them to wait.
No refunds are provided for late arrivals.
Cancellations within the 48-hour period before your activity, will be charged 50% of
your invoice total.
Payment is requested in advanced to secure your booking. No cash payments are
permitted.
No alcohol is permitted on the premises or during your Quad Safari. There is a restaurant on site where you can purchase refreshments after your Quad Safari, Bottled water is provided during the safari.
If guests have been drinking prior to the safari, they will not be allowed to join the activity.
Gratuities/ A tip for your ranger is encouraged when your drive is complete
Pack a jacket and closed shoes along with your camera or binoculars
