Service Terms and Conditions

To ensure all guests have an enjoyable time while on their Panoramic Tour with MyAfrica, we ask
you to please read through the below rules and regulations which provides important
information about what you need to bring with and what is strictly not allowed during
the drive.

All payments are due 48 hours prior to your drive, MyAfrica will supply you with an
invoice for payment. Please use your invoice number only when making payment
and send proof of payment to bookings@myafrica.co.za

In the event that you are later than 5 min at the collection point, our vehicle will
leave. Please understand this is due to other guests being in the vehicle as well
and it is not fair for them to wait.

No refunds are provided for late arrivals.

Cancellations within the 48-hour period before your drive, will be charged 50% of
your invoice total.

Payment is requested in advanced to secure your booking. No cash payments are
permitted to reduce cash on the vehicles.

No extra alcohol is allowed.

If guests have been drinking prior to the tour, they will not be allowed to join the tour.

Gratuities/ A tip for your tour guide is encouraged when your tour is complete
