Service Terms and Conditions

To ensure all guests have an enjoyable time while out on safari with MyAfrica, we ask
you to please read through the below rules and regulations which provides important
information about what you need to bring with and what is strictly not allowed during
the drive.

All payments are due 48 hours prior to your drive, MyAfrica will supply you with an
invoice for payment. Please use your invoice number only when making payment
and send proof of payment to bookings@myafrica.co.za

In the event that you are later than 5 min at the collection point, our vehicle will
leave. Please understand this is due to other guests being in the vehicle as well
and it is not fair for them to wait.

No refunds are provided for late arrivals.

Cancellations within the 48-hour period before your drive, will be charged 50% of
your invoice total.

A reminder that ALL GUESTS need to provide their passports/i.d/drivers for the
entrance to the reserve, should you not bring this with, you unfortunately cannot
go on the game drive.

Payment is requested in advanced to secure your booking. No cash payments are
permitted to reduce cash on the vehicles.

No extra alcohol is allowed on the game drive. All guests are provided with 1 drink
for a gentle sundowner.

If guests have been drinking prior to the drive, they will not be allowed to join the
game drive.

Gratuities/ A tip for your ranger is encouraged when your game drive is complete

Pack a jacket and closed shoes along with your camera or binoculars

All passengers need to bring a form of identification for entry into the reserve, failure to bring it will result in them not having access to the reserve and the drive will be cancelled, it's a security check for Rhinos.
